About Landfills
Granger owns and operates two Subtitle D sanitary landfills in mid-Michigan, one on Wood Road in Lansing and one on Grand River Avenue in Grand Ledge. To ensure its landfills provide for safe and environmentally sound disposal of trash, Granger maintains strict internal standards which exceed regulatory requirements.
These landfills are constructed and operated with Granger associates. Engineers, surveyors, equipment operators, and laborers are part of the service provided to our customers. Quality control is left to the judgment of those who know the sites the best, with subcontractors and consultants retained to provide assurance of independent peer review.
